- Bugfix: run POSIX setup completion tracking inside Bash so it works when the interactive shell is Fish.
- Preserve successful setup exit behavior while keeping failed shells open for inspection.
- Safely quote setup scripts passed to Bash, including scripts containing single quotes.
- Expand shell utility coverage for Bash wrapping, completion reporting, and quoting.
